Notes:
It's easy to think that the reviewer is going to produce a long list of criticisms and direct instructions for the project team to 'do better', but this is not the case at all. 
The review process is one of mutual exploration of how the project is doing and that includes what is going well, not just what needs to be improved. 
Achievements are treated in 'strategy formation' in just that same way as bad performance. Both create 'actions' that should have an actual effect on the project.
